TERMS & CONDITIONS: CAMPAIGNS & OFFERS

MEMBER REFERRAL: 2-WEEK VIP GUEST EXPERIENCE PASS:

• All general terms & conditions are to be taken into account where relevant.

• 2 week VIP experience pass is based on the following criteria:

  • All those expressing an interest in the campaign will be invited to participate in a 2 week VIP experience trial.​

  • Following the trial, those wishing to continue training are required to join Synergy Martial Arts at the required joining fee and membership package presented.

  • Pass can not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash or other form of value

  • Should the participant leave Synergy Martial Arts before the end of their trial period the offer will terminate.

  • One trial per person.

BACK TO SCHOOL CAMPAIGN:

• All general terms & conditions are to be taken into account where relevant.

• Campaign refers to the Synergy Martial Arts Back to School campaign of September.

• 2 week VIP experience trial pass is based on the following criteria:

  • All those expressing an interest in the campaign will be invited to participate in a 2 week VIP experience trial.​

  • Following the trial, those wishing to continue training are required to join Synergy Martial Arts at the required joining fee and membership package presented.

  • Additional campaign items will be available on the trial days and via a suitable closed Facebook group link, provided upon request.

  • Complementary training refers to the member’s current training package only, all other fees still apply.

  • Trial can not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash or other form of value

  • Should the participant leave Synergy Martial Arts before the end of their trial period the offer will terminate.

  • One trial per person.

LADIES ONLY 4-WK BEGINNER’S MARTIAL ARTS COURSE:

• All general terms & conditions are to be taken into account where relevant.

• Refers to the Synergy Martial Arts Ladies Only course of September.

• 4 week beginner’s course is based on the following criteria:

  • All those expressing an interest in the campaign will be invited to participate following a courtesy call on acceptance of the conditions below.​

  • Ladies only refers to all females aged 16 years or older.

  • Payment of the course is to be completed before the start of the first class.

  • The first 10 who join the course will receive a bonus pair of gloves.

  • Course is aimed at a beginner level – for those more experienced, alternatives are available.

  • Following the trial, those wishing to continue training are required to join Synergy Martial Arts at the required joining fee and membership package presented – special offers may be presented at this time.

  • Additional campaign items will be available on the trial days and via a suitable closed Facebook group link, provided upon request.

  • Trial can not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash or other form of value

  • Should the participant leave Synergy Martial Arts before the end of their trial period the offer will terminate. A refund will not be issued barring exceptional circumstances.

  • One place per paid trial.

BIRTHDAY CAMPAIGN:

• All general terms & conditions are to be taken into account where relevant.

• Campaign refers to the Synergy Martial Arts birthday month of October.

• Prize draw eligibility is based on the following criteria:

  • All those expressing an interest in the campaign will be invited to participate in a 2 week VIP experience trial.​

  • Following the trial, those wishing to continue training are required to join Synergy Martial Arts at the required joining fee and membership package presented.

  • Draw is available to New students aged aged 2-12yrs and ladies aged 16yrs+. Also available for all current members who refer a family member or friend who then joins. 

  • Draw will take place on Dec 15th 2021, winners will be selected at random and contacted thereafter.

    • 1st prize: 6 months complementary martial arts training – based on the members current package

    • 2nd prize: 3 months complementary martial arts training – based on the members current package

    • 3rd prize: 1 month complementary martial arts training – based on the members current package

  • Complementary training refers to the member’s current training package only, all other fees still apply.

  • Winners must have been training for a period of at least 3 months before the prize will be activated

  • Prize can not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash or other form of value, nor transferred to another individual

  • Should the winner leave Synergy Martial Arts the prize offer will terminate.
